i have been having breakouts only when i go back to school from summer or christmas vacation , what could b a cause for this?

it could possibly be the stress, and the change in your routine. I have emotional breakouts like that all the time. just try and keep your schedule the same when it comes to washing your face, keeping in consistant. clinique makes a good mild face soap that is safe to use everyday, but also works really well. It's the mild liquid face soap, proactive works well too, but it's expensive and for bigger acne problems. You can also go to your local drug store and try a specific facial soap, it might help. good luck.

Acne or pimples are usually a result of hormonal changes and an irregular and increased production of oil by the sebaceous glands. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
